Steven Pearl
Global Head of Human Resources
Steven J. Pearl is a Managing Director and the Global Head of Human Resources at Lazard.
He joined Lazard's Legal and Compliance Department in 2003 and served as the firm's Deputy General Counsel from 2015 through 2020.
Prior to joining Lazard, Steven was an associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Previous to Wachtell, Lipton, he served as a judicial law clerk for a senior judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Steven holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. from Amherst College.
