Mark Noel
Managing Director
Mark Noel is a Managing Director in the Technology Group serving private market clients with a focus on Tech-Enabled Services in the HR & Human Capital Management, IT and Tech Services, and other services sectors, including insurance, safety and security and professional services.
Mark has extensive experience advising private equity firms, their portfolio companies, founders and large corporates across a range of transactions.
Prior to joining Lazard, Mark worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the Transaction Services practice. While at PwC he worked on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures serving both private equity and corporate clients across a diverse set of industries. Previously, he spent time in PwC's Audit practice.
Mark received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of St. Thomas. Mark is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
