2025 Sophomore Inclusion & Leadership Day

At Lazard, we are committed to fostering a diverse workplace that is inclusive for everyone. We aim to recognize leaders who embody excellence and whose unique backgrounds and experiences have shaped their professional, personal, and academic profiles.

We invite college sophomores from various universities, majors, backgrounds, and experiences to apply for our Inclusion & Leadership Day in New York, where we celebrate exceptional candidates. Event attendees will learn about our Financial Advisory Business, meet our senior leaders, network with bankers, participate in a professional development workshop and explore 2026 Summer Analyst opportunities in our M&A/Restructuring (Generalist), Restructuring & Liability Management (Direct Placement), Capital Markets Advisory, and Private Capital Advisory groups.

This event is by invitation only and is open to all qualified students. Candidates who identify as Black/African American, Hispanic/LatinX, Native American, LGBTQIA+, and/or Veteran are encouraged to apply. To be eligible for the event, students must have an expected graduation date between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027, be currently enrolled at a college/university in the U.S., and have a minimum GPA of 3.5. All majors are welcome to apply.

Please apply by January 31. Candidates will be notified by February 10 if they have been selected to attend.
